Wat oorspronkelijk, ondertussen een 20-tal jaren geleden, onschuldig begon als een verzameling van autominiaturen, zonder rekening te houden met merk of schaal, is vandaag tot een hele verzameling Lancia's uitgegroeid. Elk model is in de schaal 1/43, gaande van kant en klaar gekocht tot exclusief handgebouwde modellen in strikt gelimiteerde uitgaves.
Met de vele mogelijkheden tot aankoop, vooral via internet, is het dan ook eenvoudig wereldwijd nieuwe modellen te vinden. Hoe groter de verzameling, hoe moeilijker de uitbreiding zal worden, des te meer vreugde van een nieuw model te vinden.
Ik hoop nu de tijd te vinden om weldra regelmatig updates van deze blog te voorzien. De bedoeling is uiteindelijk de hele verzameling via deze weg te tonen. Zij die mijn collectie reeds in 'levende lijve' gezien hebben, waren alvast onder de indruk: de meeste verzamelaars blijven dan ook met de 'vanzelfsprekende merken' zoals Porsche, BMW, Ferrari enz.
Ik ben dan ook benieuwd of er nog Lancia-verzamelaars zijn...
